I have been sick and all I think about today is having a good brunch…
Here is the very good one!!!

今週は病気で病人食ばかり食べていたのでおいしいブランチが恋しい…

Patrick Sullivan’s

It is in the old city, the corner of Central and Jackson. Building is so charming so I am sure you can spot it easily.

パトリックサリヴァンはオールドシティー、セントラルとジャクソンの角にある。建物はアメリカの古い時代の物なのですぐに見つかるはず。



I think it is very reasonable price for the brunch (under $10) and the great thing is that you get complementally sparkling wine with the order of brunch!!!

値段はお買い得、＄10以内で食べられる。更にブランチメニューを頼むとスパークリングワインが1杯付いてくる！



When you get into the restaurant, you never guess they can make poached eggs :) Also, the service is a little slow.

中に入ると完璧なバーのようでまさかポーチエッグが料理できるようなレストランには見えない。サービスはかなり遅いので注意。



I also LOVE potatoes and theirs were so good!
ポテト好きな私。ここのはハーブで味付けでおいしい!



I never been to the lunch or dinner time, so that is my another mission.
ランチとディナーはまだ来たことないので次のお楽しみ!

Downtown Grill & Brewery

Downtown Grill and Brewery is on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville. I was there for the brunch one day and discovered that when you order from brunch menu, you get mimosa for 25 cents!!! The mimosa in the picture was my 3rd one :)

The Crown and Goose is an English Pub in the Old City in Knoxville.

Volume is small, but way tastier than fast food!

量はかなり少なめだけどだんぜんおいしい!

The fish and chips is usually $14 and looks like the picture. Chips are (French fries) in the newspaper. You judge. Tastes very good, but price is not so handsome to me.

イングリッシュパブと言えばフィッシュアンドチップス(写真)。ここのは普通$14。
おいしいけどお値段が…？？？　月曜日に行くべき???　

Their dessert sampler used to look. It was good deal, but last time I ordered, it had only 3 things…

開店当初のデザートサンプラー。この前オーダーしたら3種類しか出てこなかった。甘いけど結構おいしい。みんなで分けるのが良いでしょう

Good mexican - Bearden

So far this is the best taco place in Knoxville. Only problem is I don't know when he shows up...

This one is at a gas station on Sutherland Avenue. Once the cook told me that the name of the track/restaurant is "Mariachi" (I don't know the spell though...) The cook is a happy guy, but I don't wanna even know what's going on in the back kitchen...

サザーランドアベニューのガソリンスタンドにやってくるトラックで来る屋台/スタンド。｢マリアチ｣と言うらしい。気前の良い人だけどキッチン内は？？？微妙。あまり中は見ないように　:)

Mexican Market and Restaurant on Alcoa Highway

This market/restaurant is on Alcoa Highway in between airport and UT.

Very big Mexican market / 結構大きい



They have vegetables, meet, seafood, everything / 野菜もお肉も魚も置いている

So many spices that I don’t even know how to use them!

Fried pork skin and other stuff I don't know / ブタの皮を揚げた物　思ったよりおいしい

Wooo, tacos. I love authentic tacos! I had to get them of course. They also gave me generous amount of condiments, too! Inside of the tacos are chicken, marinated pork, and beef cheek. ($1.29 each)
